Why Donald Duck might ruin Clinton’s campaign [VIDEO]

How often has a Disney character ruined a presidential campaign? And, I’m not talking about that time that Donald Trump referred to one of his rivals Elizabeth Warren as ‘Goofy’ or ‘Pocahontas.’

In the third installment of Project Veritas Action’s investigation into the backroom dealings of Democratic politics, James O’Keefe and his team found that Hillary Clinton may be in direct violation of federal laws for coordinating with the DNC and the non-profit organization Americans United for Change. These communications are strictly prohibited by the Federal Election Commission.

In the video, senior level staff members in the Clinton campaign, DNC, and AUC illegally coordinated the plan to send someone in a Donald Duck costume to Trump rallies to troll the Republican nominee for not releasing his tax returns.

“In the end, it was the candidate, Hillary Clinton, the future president of the United States, who wanted ducks on the ground,” says Robert Creamer, director of Democracy Partners, in one of several exchanges to a Project Veritas journalist. “So, by God, we would get ducks on the ground.”

Realizing that what he had explained would be possibly damning and even illegal, Creamer added, “Don’t repeat that to anybody.”

It’s one of the oddest scandals to involve Hillary Clinton to date, and will probably be coined as “Duck-gate.”
