As he has in most past State of the Unions (and just about every other photo op he partakes in), Vice President Joe Biden made sure the American people had plenty of laughs to help them get through the 65-minute policy speech his boss was delivering.
Something must have really captured the former Senator’s attention during the speech, however, as all of a sudden Biden began grinning and pointing without a purpose.
