For those of you who wanted to snatch up Forever 21’s Ayn Rand shirt, you’re out of luck — it’s been removed from the company’s website.
The shirt, called the “Unstoppable Muscle Tee,” featured a famous motivational quote from the author of Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead.
“The question isn’t who is going to let me, it’s who is going to stop me.” – Ayn Rand
The shirt, which retailed for $11.80, is “no longer available,” according to the Forever 21 website. It’s unclear if the shirt sold out or was removed for other reasons.
Before it was pulled, the shirt received its fair share of criticism and praise on Twitter. Some wondered if the young people who buy the shirt would even understand the quote.
…they have an Ayn Rand quote shirt at Forever 21… Lot of 21 year olds don’t even know who that is.

I don’t know what disappoints me more: that no one has reviewed Forever 21’s Ayn Rand Muscle Tee, or that it has 227 likes on Facebook.

It is in my rational self-interest to shed some pounds so I can fit into this Ayn Rand tank top from Forever 21. http://t.co/MUNCkxEIWY
