Dumb is in again.
The first peak at the trailer of “Dumb and Dumber To” premiered last night on the “The Tonight Show.” The sequel comes 20 years after the original cult classic film, and stars Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels in their original roles as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne.
The trailer hints at a plot line that follows Harry as he searches for his lost daughter. Lloyd tags along, as Harry’s daughter has caught his eye. Of course, shenanigans — many of them familiar — and stupidity ensue.
The trailer has gotten mixed reviews. It certainly is “dumb” and each critic has taken that a different way.
