Fox News analyst Ralph Peters on ISIS terrorists: ‘Hammer those suckers’

Former military officer, author and Fox News strategic analyst Ralph Peters urged President Obama to act “forcefully” against the ISIS terrorists that executed American journalist James Foley by “hammer[ing] those suckers.”

Peters explained that the terrorists will continue to threaten the United States with such murderous acts so long as Obama pretends that the group is not a “serious threat.”

“We have 2,000 years of historical examples in various religions of these death cults exploding out of the mainstream religion and in 2,000 years there is not a single example of these wildfire death cults being put down without extreme violence,” expanded Peters. “Not a single example. But, the Obama administration doesn’t know history. They don’t want to know history. They don’t want to deal with reality.”

Peters alleged that, in order to put a halt to ISIS, we must “kill them, keep on killing them until [we] kill the last one. Then, [we] kill his pet goat.”

The Fox analyst then slammed Obama’s mishandling of the situation in Iraq and the United States foreign policy in general.

“This is a president that can never admit he’s wrong, and he has been colossally, dangerously and destructively wrong,” alleged Peters. “He has weakened our military, he’s failed to address these threats.”

Peters compared ISIS to “a malignant cancer” that Obama has ignored and failed to eradicate.

Moreover, he expressed his fear that the video ISIS released of James Foley’s murder will simply “deter” Obama from acting forcefully in retaliation. He compared Obama to Shakespeare’s indecisive Hamlet (“To be, or not to be?”) because of his overly cautious foreign policy decisions.

When asked what Obama should do now, Peters said simply that the president must “hammer those suckers.”

As the Washington Free Beacon puts perfectly, this is Peters in “beast mode.”
