Republicans Flip Binder Joke on Obama

After Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney was the subject of viral teasing because of his binder comment, the Republican National Committee (RNC) has flipped the argument to show the binder joke works both ways.

They released a new graphic which shows President Barack Obama’s second term agenda, or in other words, an empty binder.

The joke is a dig at Obama’s Tuesday night debate performance where he spent the entire time talking defending his previous record rather than showing what he has in mind for the future.

“This President has laid out no plan for the next four years,” said Joe Scarborough on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Wednesday, responding to Obama’s debate rhetoric.

Romney’s original binders comment, where he off-handedly referred to “binders full of women” who would be willing to work for his campaign, went viral directly after the debate with a Tumblr and a Facebook page making fun of the Republican nominee.

This picture is the RNC’s concerted effort to turn the binder joke back on Obama as if to say, at least Mitt Romney has a binder full of something, because the current President is not so well-equipped.
