No, Hillary Clinton is not handicapped at the ripe age of 67.
However, that didn’t stop the Democratic candidate for president from apparently sticking her “Scooby” van in a handicap parking spot while stopping at a cafe in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Thursday.
Local station KETV captured footage of Clinton’s alleged parking faux pas, and it didn’t take long for her Republican opponents to jump on it.

“Don’t ever remember Shaggy, Fred or Daphne parking the #ScoobyVan in a handicap space #Hillary2016,” tweeted RNC communications director Sean Spicer, referencing characters from “Scooby-Doo,” as Clinton reportedly nicknamed her van “Scooby” after the television show.
An aide to Clinton refuted reports that she parked in the handicap space, according to The Hill.
“This car was never parked here and you can see that from the fact that the video includes break lights,” explained the aide. “There was an agent driving the car — as there always is — and they were out front for entrance and exit. During the event, the van pulled forward to a parking spot.”
Clinton, of course, doesn’t drive her own car — she hasn’t been at the wheel since 1996. That task is left to the Secret Service agents.
