South Korean KFC’s newest sandwich puts American fast food to shame

If you ever feel like American fast food is too meager, KFC in South Korea has just the thing for you.

The Zinger Double Down King piles beef and bacon between two fried chicken fillets that serve in lieu of a bun. It’s the more hardcore answer to the United States’ wimpier Double Down, which is basically the same concept minus the beef patty.

This is South Korea’s second foray into one-upping the U.S. Double Down, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Zinger Double Down Maxx loaded the chicken fillet “bread” with hash browns, bacon, and cheese. It is now on KFC South Korea’s permanent menu.
