During a performance in Dallas on Friday, comedian Eddie Griffin told the audience that they needed to treat President Trump the same way they treated John F. Kennedy. The video made it onto Facebook before the social media site had a chance to wipe away the footage.
The Federalist reported that radio show host Ben Ferguson attended the comedy concert American Airlines Center and streamed the hate-filled attack on the President.
“Y’all took out one president. You need to take out another,” Griffin said. “Y’all need to put Trump into a convertible and take him out, or better yet, the driver should take him out.”
By the morning, however, the video was gone. Facebook scrubbed it from their website because it violated their community standards.
Ferguson claimed that the Facebook live footage, which had more than 100,000 views at the time, was the only one in existence before it was deleted. He believes the website did it on purpose to continue their long history of shunning conservative news.
