If you missed Steve King’s (R-IA) CPAC speech earlier today, I’d recommend watching it in your downtime this afternoon. King was full of jokes – hitting liberals on everything from going green to First Lady Michelle Obama’s campaign against obesity.
King said instead of rejecting people from the army who are overweight, we should “just extend basic training awhile. Just say, you’re here doing push ups until you make weight!”
He also made fun of the idea that reducing the number of calories in junk food and the number of chips in each bag would help overweight Americans get in shape.
“Their voracious feeders, so you cannot fool them by cutting calories out of the candy bar!”
Too mean, Steve King. Too mean!
