He’ll play until the cows come home … literally.
Farmer Derek Klingenberg posted a video to YouTube Sunday that shows him playing his rendition of Lorde’s “Royals” on his trombone as an impressive herd of cattle rushes toward him to hear the music.
What at first is an open clearing becomes studded with cows as Klingenberg draws the animals toward him with the soothing sound.
Aptly titled “Serenading the cattle with my trombone,” the video already has over 11,000 views.
One glance at Kingenberg’s YouTube page also shows that he’s quite the musical talent. The farmer has made parodies for the song “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” from Disney’s “Frozen and “What Does the Fox Say” by Ylvis, among others.
