Nigel Farage will soon be unemployed, after becoming famous for his viral videos where he ranted about the European Union, the leader of UKIP will lose his job when the UK officially leave the EU but not before delivering an epic speech to the members of European Parliament.
“Isn’t it funny, you know when I came here 17 years ago and I said I wanted to lead a campaign to get Britain to leave the European Union, you all laughed at me. Well I have to say, you’re not laughing now, are you?” Farage said to the other EU successors.
“The reason you’re so angry… (is that) you as a political project are in denial,” he continued.
Farage attacked the Euro, calling it a failing currency, the refugee system that has imported millions of Syrians, Africans, and Middle Easterners, and said the people are angry because they never voted to part of such a European Union.
“What happened last Thursday was a remarkable result, it was indeed a seismic result, not just for British politics, or for European politics, but perhaps for global politics too,” Farage continued. “What the little people did, what the ordinary people did, what the people who have been oppressed over the last few years, who have seen their living standards go down. They rejected the multinationals, they rejected the merchant banks, they rejected the big banks and they said actually, we want our country back.”
Before ending his speech, the UKIP leader gave out one final prediction, that the UK will not be the last member state to leave the European Union. Several nationalist politicians in countries like France and The Netherlands are pushing for their countries to leave the multinational organization.
Farage asked that the future between the UK and Europe be one of peace, cooperation, and free trade.
