If you ever wondered whether homemaking mogul Martha Stewart was good at everything, the answer is that she probably is — even rolling a joint.
The television personality, magazine publisher, businesswoman – the list goes on – appeared on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” series on June 12 to promote her new book, Living the Good Long Life: A Practical Guide to Caring.
During the interview, Stewart calmed a few nerves confirming that one of her impeccable skills did indeed include the ability to roll a joint.
“You do everything so well,” Cohen said to Stewart. “I’m wondering if you know how to roll a joint.”
Stewart, in reply, said, “You will not believe this… but as I was driving here tonight…” to which Cohen and the crowd got very excited, apparently anticipating that the 71-year-old was going to tell a story of herself smoking before arriving at the interview.
“…there was this stupid ice cream truck in front of me. ‘Something Good Cream’ or something. And we pulled up right next to it … and a girl and a guy were smoking joints … I said, ‘Boy, those are sloppy joints,'” Stewart said.
She then added, “Of course I know how to roll a joint.”
Stewart clarified after, however, that the reason she knew how to roll the perfect joint was because she used to roll cigarettes.
In another segment of the interview, called “Kill, Marry, Shag”, in which Stewart had to choose who she would kill, marry or shag from Donald Trump, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Bill Gates, she said that she would kill Trump, “definitely” marry Bloomberg, and shag Gates.
