Ben Carson airs autobiographical documentary, fueling 2016 speculation

Ben Carson is unveiling a forty-minute-long documentary about his life this weekend, titled “A Breath of Fresh Air: A New Prescription for America.”

The documentary will focus on Carson’s journey from son of a single mother to Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon, to conservative stardom, according to the Washington Times. It will air in 22 states and the District of Columbia.

Although Carson has insisted he does not want to run for president in the past, he has also been careful to add that people are “clamoring” for him to do so.

Carson’s business manager Armstrong Williams filmed the documentary using his production company, and will pay for its airtime.
