The ladies of CBS’s The Talk discussed their reaction to Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin’s anger that their male co-stars on the new Netflix series “Gracie and Frankie” are making more than them Monday morning.
“Jane Fonda will never lose those balls that she’s got. She is so brilliant. She goes for it,” co-host Sharon Osbourne said.
Beth Stern discussed her experience working on a previous show and being paid less than her male counterpart and how it made her feel “less appreciated.”
All of the women on the show believed that equal pay for the same job should be expected, though one co-host blamed Fonda’s agent for not arguing a better contract.
