Comcast addresses customer with this really mean name

Another day, another unsatisfied and offended Comcast customer.

A 63-year-old Illinois woman named Mary Bauer recently informed Chicago television station WGN of her Comcast toils, alleging that the company took months to repair her cable system that kept shutting off.

“I had 39 technicians here from November to April,” explained Bauer, who was forced to suffer on the phone with the company multiple times (if you have Comcast, you understand how utterly frustrating this process is).

And, once her cable finally worked consistently, Bauer’s Comcast bills stopped arriving to her home. After four months without an invoice, Bauer called (again) and inquired of her balance.

“I was nice enough to call them to ask how much I owe,” she explained. “I was little hot and a little angry because I never got good service.”

When she recently received the bill, it addressed her as “Super B—h.” How nice.

“It says Super B—- Bauer,” Bauer described the bill. “This is a disgrace to me. Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this.”

Oddly enough, Comcast was forced to apologize at the end of last week when a Spokane, Washington, customer’s name was changed to “Assh–e” on his bill after he attempted to cancel his cable subscription.

Of Bauer’s sudden and insulting name change, Comcast said in a statement to WGN, “We are investigating this thoroughly and will reach out to our customer.”
