Oops! NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman accidentally revealed a little, insignificant secret about the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un — he has a kid!
The former Chicago Bulls player dropped the bomb during an interview with UK’s The Sun on Monday.
“[Jong-un’s wife Ri] kept talking about their beautiful baby daughter,” Rodman said.
While it’s been rumored that the Korean leader has had two children since his wedding in 2009, it hadn’t been officially confirmed — until now.
Rodman has been flaunting his friendship with the North Korean dictator over the past few weeks, but there might be trouble in paradise once Jong-un discovers that his BFF not only spilled the beans about his child, but that Rodman also has the hots for Jong-un’s wife.
“She’s a beautiful woman, very elegant and quite tall for a Korean — maybe 5’5″,” he told The Sun.
Rodman has been ranting and raving about how Jong-un just wants Obama to call him, and now the basketball star is claiming the two world leaders have a lot in common, like basketball.
“There is even more they could talk about if Obama would just pick up the phone and call him,” he added.
Rodman insists that Jong-un is not a “Saddam Hussein-type character” and he “doesn’t want to kill anyone.”
“If he wanted to start a war he would have done it already,” the former NBA star said.
According to Rodman, Jong-un is just a normal guy who wears real clothes and likes sports and music. Rodman said the two “were definitely getting down” to disco music last time he was in Korea, and it was totally “wackadoo.”
While Rodman said there was other stuff he promised Jong-un he wouldn’t talk about, secret children is apparently fair game in Rodman’s mind.
