Nancy Pelosi talks naked Boehner photos, Democrats taking the House on The Colbert Report

Nancy Pelosi was a guest on The Colbert Report Monday night where she admittedly came on the show to push her “Middle Class Jumpstart” agenda.

“What nefarious, northern California, San Francisco value are you pushing on the nation tonight?” Stephen Colbert sarcastically asked.

Pelosi briefly explained that Jumpstart is a democratic plan that emphasizes the importance of women in the middle class. Pelosi’s tagline for the initiative reads, “when women succeed, America succeeds.”

“No offense madam, but that is implying that women are the middle class?” Colbert said. “What about the men in the middle class? Haven’t you just emasculated them?”

While Jumpstart does essentially leave middle class men out of the picture, Pelosi sidestepped that issue and continued on instead about how Republicans are standing in the way of Jumpstart being put into law.

Colbert posited that the only way to get something done would be to have “naked photos of John Boehner doing something,” but Pelosi shook her head and offered her idea on how Jumpstart could be passed.

“Win the election. All we need are 17 votes to take back the House for the American people,” said Pelosi, who apparently only considers Democrats to be actual American people.
