[WATCH] Wolf of Wall Street meets frat life in “Wolf of Phi Psi”

Frat life is taken to a theatrical level in the new “Wolf of Wall Street” parody “Wolf of Phi Psi,” produced by the Phi Kappa Psi Maryland Alpha Chapter at Johns Hopkins University.

The Wolf of Phi Psi parody mirrors the original movie trailer and changes it to a behind-the-scenes look at stereotypical frat life. The parody has jokes about everything from scholarship money to GDIs (‘Gosh Darn’ Independents) and the wonderful pastime of keg-stands.

“My name is Dick McElroy,” the video starts. “The year I joined Phi Psi I made $49 in scholarship money, which really pissed me off because it was 3 shy of a dollar a week.”

If only he made $49 million in scholarship money and was 3 shy of a million a week.

“Wolf of Wall Street,” from Academy Award-winning director Martin Scorsese, is based on the true story of wealthy stockbroker Jordan Belfort’s rise to a successful and debaucherous high life and dramatic fall for his crimes. Basically, he partied too hard, operated too loose, and got in really big trouble for it. For those who may have happened to miss the movie and the trailer, too, you can watch the latter here.
