It’s September, which means it’s finally pumpkin spice season. That means pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin spice donuts, pumpkin spice bread, pumpkin spice cookies, pumpkin spice candles, and … pumpkin spice pot muffins?
According to reporter Kristen Wyatt for the Associated Press in Colorado, the pumpkin spice muffin spiked with marijuana is an actual thing.
Wyatt tweeted a photo of one of the muffins in question Tuesday.
America, Colorado has just out pumpkin-spiced you all. Behold! Pumpkin spice pot muffins. DROP THE MIC YOU GUYS. pic.twitter.com/EsOL7StyJL

Her tweet already has dozens of favorites and retweets, suggesting that perhaps Americans — or her followers, at least — are pretty enthusiastic about the prospect of this new addition to the pumpkin spice product fall lineup.
As Jimmy Kimmel pointed out last week, pumpkin spice products have hijacked the fall season.
There are pumpkin spice Oreos:
Starbucks (and every other half-decent coffee shop chain) has a pumpkin spice latte:
How about pumpkin spice bubble bath and shampoo?
Or pumpkin spice beer?
And, yes, pumpkin spice Pringles.
Undoubtedly, the pumpkin spice pot muffins will only be available for sale in states where marijuana is legalized, but individuals craving a fall treat without the added buzz can always stop by Dunkin’ Donuts for a regular pumpkin muffin.
