S.E. Cupp’s replacement has been named. On Wednesday, Abby Huntsman announced that she would be heading to MSNBC to take Cupp’s former gig on the afternoon show, “The Cycle.” Cupp, of course, is heading to CNN’s revamped “Crossfire.” While Huntsman leaves behind “HuffPost Live,” where she personally broke the news of her move.
Huntsman is the daughter of former GOP presidential candidate Jon Huntsman and was active on his campaign during the 2012 cycle. She and sisters Mary Anne and Liddy became known as the @Jon2012girls, creating buzz for the campaign through viral video parodies.
“This is the next chapter of my life and I’m excited to join the team,” she said. “I’m excited to bring a dose of moderate, rational, conservatism to ‘The Cycle’–I think that’s needed today in the political discourse.”
