The film stars Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller and chronicles the military career of real-life Iraq War veteran Chris Kyle, who killed more people than any other soldier.
Like many Eastwood films, the movie has received some Oscar chatter.
It will be released in select theaters on Christmas day and everywhere on January 16.
