This might just be the cutest Guinness World Record holder you’ve ever seen.
Jiff the dog — a Pomeranian billed by the Guinness World Records as “the fastest dog on two paws” — is the owner of two of the prestigious doggie titles, one for the fastest time covering 10 meters on hind legs and the other for the fastest time covering five meters on front legs, according to a video posted to YouTube Wednesday.
Though originally hailing from Grayslake, Illinois, Jiff recently made the move to the big city — Hollywood, of course — so that he could showcase his puppy skills among the best and brightest entertainers in our country.
The woman spotlighting Jiff in the video, self-identified as Jamie, calls the dog a “natural performer” who just “loves the attention” that Los Angeles has to offer.
“Jiff’s favorite place is Hollywood Boulevard,” she explains. “He loves nothing more than walking up and down the Walk of Fame and of course he gets lots of attention when he does it. So, Jiff is a very unique dog. He’s very independent, he has a lot of incredible talents, but sometimes he just likes a good run in the park.”
Jiff is only one of the several animal record holders featured in the 2015 edition — also the 60th anniversary edition — of the Guinness World Records book.
So, without further ado, here are some of Jiff’s cutest moments. Don’t be shy about oohing and ahhing. He loves the attention.
