Apparently Hillary Clinton didn’t learn from her “Colbert Report” appearance that she should steer clear of scripted comedy.
The presidential hopeful appeared in a painfully awkward “House of Cards”-themed video released by the Clinton Foundation Friday in anticipation of former president Bill Clinton’s birthday. Bill will turn 68 on Tuesday.
Hillary stars alongside Kevin Spacey in a video that has the “House of Cards” star putting on his Frank Underwood hat and trying to manipulate Hillary into getting Bill an elephant for his birthday. Hillary then “catches him” and asks him to just sign her husband’s birthday card.
What is with this presidential desire to have the American public wish you a “Happy Birthday?”
