THE CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER – COLUMBUS, Ohio – Former Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee, who retired July 1, will remain a well-compensated and visible presence on campus.
Overall, the president emeritus will receive about $5.8 million from the university over the next five years.

That includes $410,000 a year as a tenured professor in the Moritz College of Law. He will also receive an annual $300,000 grant to continue his research on 21st Century education policy, which will include national speaking.
