While most Americans celebrated Independence Day by firing up the grill, attending parties, and lighting fireworks, social justice warriors used the day to bash the U.S.
Liberals began tweeting #AmericaWasNeverGreat early on Monday morning, and their anti-American tirades about how the country was built by white men enslaving blacks and slaughtering Native Americans began trending on Twitter.
Social justice warriors were unmoved by the facts that slavery did not advance the U.S.’ mass economic development in the industrial revolution or the understanding that most Native Americans died from communicable diseases, not a white supremacist plot.
When going on an anti-white, anti-male, and anti-American fueled rant, it’s best not to deal with facts — it gets uncomfortable when they’re proven false.

Conservatives were outraged by the anti-American hatred being fueled by the left. They began tweeting and quickly became the dominant voice using the hashtag, remind everyone why America was the greatest country in the world.
You’re free to tweet #AmericaWasNeverGreat as if it’s a bold stance while other countries block the use of Twitter. Mmkay, kids.
