New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has no idea where Hillary Clinton got the material for her speech Saturday, but he doesn’t believe it came from “real Americans.”
“Mrs. Clinton doesn’t hear from anybody, she doesn’t talk to anybody, she doesn’t take questions from anybody,” Christie, a possible 2016 GOP contender, said during an interview on ABC’s This Week Sunday. “How would she know what real Americans are really concerned about? I don’t know — is it when she’s out giving paid speeches?”
Christie also compared Clinton to Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, adding of Clinton’s campaign launch remarks, “it sounds like liberal political consultants put together that speech.”
