The Late Late Show host James Corden teamed up with boy band One Direction to play dodgeball Thursday night.
Corden was a passionate coach for the ragtag team that truly needed all the help they could get against their opponents, the Ball Busters.
“The Beatles were nothing until they won at dodgeball. The Rolling Stones were nothing until they won at dodgeball. Are you going to bleed for me, Niall [Horan]?” Corden declared in his pre-game coach speech.
In the end, it seemed that passion and singing talent may not be enough to win a three-round dodgeball match.
