The mixed martial arts fighter and actor who portrayed Random Task, the shoe-throwing parody of James Bond villain “Oddjob” in the first Austin Powers film, has been charged with the murder of his prison cellmate, TMZ reported Thursday.
Joe Son already was serving a life sentence in California’s Wasco State Prison for torturing a woman in 1990. The death of Son’s cellmate, Thomas Graham, occurred in 2011, when it was alleged that Son fatally beat him.
Prosecutors could pursue the death penalty in the case.
