Rep. Lynn Jenkins (R-Kan.) is one of the top Republican lawmakers in the U.S. House of Representatives. But when she’s not working as a top dog on Capitol Hill, Jenkins, who serves as vice chair of the House Republican Conference, loves to relax with some ice cream and “Everybody Loves Raymond.”
Jenkins sat down with Red Alert Politics to discuss what she does when she’s not working for her fellow Kansans, from cheering on her beloved K-State Wildcats — Jenkins’ alma mater — to watching syndicated episodes of “Everybody Loves Raymond.” And, as Jenkins told Red Alert, it all goes better with a bowl of chocolate ice cream.
