Golfer finds Obama’s golf ball in the woods, says president’s game is ‘off line’

President Barack Obama is “off line again.” Or at least his golf game appears to be.

Instagram user larrydoh posted a picture of a Titleist 44 golf ball labeled “POTUS” on Saturday. He found the golf ball at the Congressional Country Club, one day after POTUS played the same course himself.

“Obama played at Congressional yesterday, and I just found this in the woods off (hole) one. Looks like he’s off line again. 44th,” the user posted along with the picture.

Obama is quickly approaching the 200th golf game of his presidency. Apparently all that practice hasn’t improved his game that much.

According to the Associated Press, Obama spent his Friday at the Congressional Country Club playing golf with ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption” hosts Michael Wilbon and Tony Kornheiser. A White House aide completed the foursome.

If Obama’s golf game is anything like his politics, “off line” probably means the lost ball went way left.
