12-year-old Republican defends Rudy Giuliani for Obama comments

Rudy Giuliani is getting some support from an unexpected source.

Coreco “C.J.” Pearson Jr., who has previously been dubbed a “conservative whiz kid,” defends the former New York City mayor in a YouTube video for his recent assertion that President Obama doesn’t love America.

“Today, I wanted just to applaud Mayor Rudy Giuliani for his comments about President Barack Obama,” Pearson, who is 12 years old, says in the clip.

“I don’t want to be politically correct,” he continues. “I don’t care about being politically correct at this point. President Obama, you don’t love America. If you really did love America, you would call ISIS what it really is: An assault on Christianity, an assault on America, and a downright hate for the American values our country holds.”

Though his age is barely in double digits, Pearson has certainly found his political voice. The young Republican from Augusta, Georgia, has been trying to get his state to lower its minimum age restrictions on public office holders in the House and Senate, according to OZY.

He also campaigned for newly-elected Sen. David Perdue ahead of last year’s midterm election.

“When you aren’t willing to defend our country against the evil of terrorism — domestic and abroad — you don’t love our nation,” Pearson continues in the video.

Quite a strong message he sends, from one president (middle school) to another (United States).
