Fox News’ Jesse Watters took to Baltimore to conduct his signature man on the street interviews–and the results were, well, pretty awkward.

Most of the people he met could not come up with any signature accomplishments for Obama’s presidency, other than having a super fit wife. One guy thought maybe he got rid of terrorism–but hadn’t heard of that whole “ISIS” thing.
