“The most dishonest person in America is a woman who is about to be president, that can get me. My party’s gone batsh*t crazy,” the South Carolina Senator told the audience.
Graham discussed his failed presidential campaign and could not believe he lost to people Cruz, the most reviled man in Congress.
“If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you,” Graham joked.
Basically the South Carolina Senator is saying that you have a better chance of O.J. Simpson being convicted in South Central L.A. for murder than you do of being convicted in the Senate for killing Cruz.
CNN reported that Graham mocked Trump at the end of his speech, he referenced both his failed campaign and Jeb! Bush’s too — who he endorsed after bowing out.
After mentioning the two failed presidential bids, Graham put on a “Make America Great Again” baseball hat.
“I endorse Donald Trump and hope that Graham magic still exists.”
