Everyone’s favorite crazy Vice President had another gaffe this week when he tried to sell Obamacare to someone who definitely isn’t eligible for the coverage: A Canadian tourist.

Arizona’s KTVK caught the Obama administration’s lovably mistake-prone VP sitting next to a young woman at a Scottsdale pancake house during his visit to the state this week. He awkwardly cozied up to her and attempted to guilt her into signing up for Obamacare.

“Everybody young signs up for health care,” he told the young lady. “It’s affordable, you can get subsidies to do it, and it’s in your interest. And if you don’t even want to do it for yourself, do it for your parents. Give ’em peace of mind.”

The problem was, Biden was barking up the wrong tree, inadvertently trying to sell the new healthcare to a Canadian visitor named Jackie.

“I just didn’t know if I should say, ‘I’m sorry, [I’m] Canadian, don’t know if I can help you out,” she told the news camera after Biden moved on.

The Canadian visitor was the wrong person to sell the law to anyway, as she already believed in universal healthcare.

“He’s for it and I’m for it, and I hope it works out here,” she told the camera.
