Jon Stewart skewers Dick Cheney, alleges he’s more guilty than Obama for Iran nuclear strength

Jon Stewart skewered former Vice President Dick Cheney on Thursday’s episode of “The Daily Show” for the invasion of Iraq, alleging that he is guilty for ultimately strengthened Iran.

In particular, the liberal comedian called Cheney out for “saying awful things” in the media about President Obama and his push for a nuclear deal with Iran. Cheney told radio host Hugh Hewitt that Obama is as a result leaving a “terrible burden” for the next president by strengthening the Iranians.

Stewart labeled Cheney a “terrible person” who is “rotten to his very core, which is in itself a tiny black hole from which no joy or light can escape.”

The comedian used his apparently new detective skills to determine whether or not Cheney is more responsible than Obama for Iran’s strength in nuclear weapons.
