Bill Clinton is to Hillary Clinton as Ben Carson is to Donald Trump.
They’re horrible surrogates for their respective candidates they’re trying to prop up as beacons of inspiration to the American people.
While campaigning for his wife on Tuesday, the former president completely butchered Hillary’s campaign slogan.
“But we were growing together,” he said, wagging his finger at the crowd. “This campaign slogan of Hillary’s, ‘growing together,’ is more than just two words that sound good.”
Bill made these comments standing behind a podium that had the correct slogan of Hillary’s campaign, “Stronger Together.”
It’s not just that Bill seems to be losing it, the sexual misconduct allegations that have dogged him for years and doing nothing to help Hillary, especially since many view her as having a role in silencing his accusers.
Time to retire the wagging finger of condescension, Bill.
