Laura Ingraham is now a comic book character

A publisher is giving conservative radio talker Laura Ingraham her own comic book as part of an ongoing series of issues that features prominent women.

Vancouver, Wash.-based Bluewater Productions will release “Female Force: Laura Ingraham” on Wednesday, the latest in its “Female Force” catalog. The line of biographical comics highlights powerful women in politics, media and culture.

“Denounced by many early in her career as a bigot because of her deeply held Christian views, Ingraham has drawn strength from them to succeed at almost everything she’s tried,” the comic’s description reads. “Whether as a a speechwriter for Ronald Reagan, a best-selling author or host of a radio show listened to by millions, Ingraham has made her mark and become one of the most influential voices in America.”

“Female Force” has also profiled Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin and Michelle Obama, among others. The prolific publisher has other comic brands, such as “Political Power;” one cover released to coincide with the 2012 “Rumble in the Air-Conditioned Auditorium” debate depicts Bill O’Reilly and Jon Stewart duking it out with Rock’em Sock’em Robots:
