Late-night comedian Jimmy Kimmel is optimistic that the future of HealthCare.gov is bright, now that the Obama administration has fired site designer CGI Federal and brought Accenture on board. In fact, he thinks the company is specially suited to fix the glitches, based on its reputation of “getting s**t unf***ed.”
On his show Monday night, Kimmel took shots at CGI and the Obama administration for the rough Obamacare rollout, joking that healthcare would now be sold on iTunes. Kimmel then explained that he doesn’t quite know what Accenture does, but they seem like the best company for the job.
“If their TV commercial is any indication, I think they might be the right company to get this job,” he said. “They have a reputation for exactly this kind of work. And I mean exactly.”
Kimmel then played a spoof commercial, during which Accenture highlights its capability of “unf***ing even the most hopelessly f***ed-up systems.”
