Justin Bieber’s neighbors protest their homeowners’ association over the pop star’s antics

Justin Bieber is not the best neighbor in the world according to the other families living in his exclusive Calabasas, Calif. community.

Several homeowners in the gated community are refusing to pay their monthly dues to the homeowners’ association until something is done about the excessive partying and unruly guests frequently visiting his residence, as well the Biebs’ penchant for speeding in the development.

The neighbors hope that by withholding their monthly dues to the HOA the association will be forced to “give Justin a stern reminder about the neighborhood rules he’s allegedly broken repeatedly,” according to TMZ. The community where the pop star lives has about 500 residents who each pay $1,000 a month in dues to the association.

Recently, the Canadian pop star spat in the face of a neighbor and then threatened to kill him after the neighbor confronted him about his speeding in the community.

Former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson, who lives in Bieber’s community, also attempted to confront him last Monday. Johnson got in his car and chased Bieber all the way to his driveway,  according to the Daily Mail.

Eric Dickerson, another former NFL player and Calabasas resident, had previously tweeted about Bieber’s careless driving as well:

The Biebs also has his own strict guidelines for visitors. It was recently reported that all house guests need to sign a liability waver and release forms to set foot inside the residence, and can be sued for as much as $5 million should they post pictures or comments online about their visit.
