Former baseball player Jose Canseco asks Sen. Lindsey Graham to drone Bud Selig’s office

Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig better watch his back. Former MLB player Jose Canseco has asked Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) to send a drone strike calling card to the commissioner’s office.

On Monday, Graham tweeted out a link to a Roll Call article that highlighted his stance on American al-Qaida Operative Adam Gadahn. The South Carolina Senator had been tweeting Monday morning that the United States should use lethal force — a drone — if necessary, calling that action “appropriate.”

In response to Graham’s tirade, Canseco tweeted that the Senator should send a drone to the address of Selig’s New York City office.

The former Oakland Athletic’s vindictive tweet is just one of many zany things he’s said on the social media site. Previous topics have included fracking, fishing with “ladyparts,” NASA, time travel and hugging Bill Nye the science guy. And it’s not the first time he’s tweeted about drones, either.

Canseco isn’t a very big Selig fan, famously painting a picture of the commissioner as a fire-breathing dragon. He has called for Selig to resign, blaming him for allowing steroids to run rampant in MLB.
