This Hillary supporter resorts to name-calling when a reporter dares to ask real questions

Hillary Clinton’s book tour stopped in San Diego on Wednesday, where she was greeted by about 1,000 of her admirers. Dan Plante, a reporter for KUSI, news went to the event to speak with a few of the people committed enough to wait in line.

Plante asked one woman about Hillary’s now infamous “dead broke” comments and how they were presented in Hard Choices.

“I guess in the book she’s trying to paint themselves as being normal, regular people, when I don’t really think the rest of us think they’re normal and regular,” Plante proposed. “What do you think?”

The woman defended Hillary by saying that the Clintons may have left the White House with financial problems from legal bills. But when Plante brought up the money that comes along with writing a book, she agreed and went on to say that they also profited from speaking tours.

Hillary was in San Diego to deliver the keynote address at the BIO International Convention, a global event for biotechnology.

“I don’t know how much Hillary is being paid to speak downtown, but probably picking up a couple coins,” Plante said.

After this statement, a noticeably unhappy woman started to give Plante the evil-eye in the background of the shot. He noticed and decided to address the situation.

“This young lady over here is giving me the look, so what’s going on?”

“I think you’re an obnoxious little man!” she said. “I think you’re trying to incite things.”

Plante offered that he was “asking real questions,” to which she disagreed, accused him of stirring things up for TV ratings, and turned her back to the camera.

“It’s called being a journalist, by the way, and not being on a bandwagon,” Plante added. “But thanks for your input!”

Mark this one down as a win.
