Anthony Weiner poses in curious photo with a goat

Weiner, otherwise known as Carlos Danger, resigned from the U.S. House of Representatives in 2011 after accidentally posting a lewd photo of himself to Twitter. It was then revealed he had been “sexting” several women for more than three years.

Then, after deciding to campaign for mayor of New York City earlier this year, a website called The Dirty revealed the mayoral candidate’s sexting continued, this time to a woman by the name of Sydney Leathers. The scandal likely cost Weiner the election.

Whether it was said intentionally or not, Weiner’s quote stems from the classic Dr. Seuss book “Green Eggs and Ham” – the same one that Texas Sen. Ted Cruz read on the senate floor Tuesday night as part of his 21-hour filibuster.
