Jon Stewart mocks President Obama’s lack of knowledge about administration scandals

Comedian Jon Stewart has the solution for the scandal-plagued Obama administration: read your emails and hold meetings.

On Tuesday night, the “Daily Show with Jon Stewart” host skewed the President and his administration for their handling of the current scandals — and how little they seem to know about them.

The host pointed out that when President Obama appeared publicly yesterday, he brought with him a “human shield” in the form of British Prime Minister David Cameron and only took one question from the press.

“A question limit of one — total — from the entire American press corps,” Stewart stressed.

He commended the reporter for asking a tri-fold question about the IRS and slipping in an added query about Benghazi. But then he chastised the administration for not telling the POTUS about the IRS issue earlier than Friday.

“Nobody at the office thought to run that one up the flagpole for ya prior to the news reporting?” he asked.

Stewart also mocked Obama for hesitantly responding that he thought it was Friday when he had heard about the IRS scandal.

“What was that day that I found out that incredibly powerful arm of the government may be using its power for coercive political purposes?” he joked.

Stewart also listed off all the other big issues in recent weeks and months about which the Obama administration apparently had no information — Fast and Furious, the Air Force One unannounced post-9/11 Manhattan flyover and the Department of Justice seizing AP phone records.

“You know, I wouldn’t be surprised if President Obama learned Osama bin Laden had been killed when he saw himself announcing it on television!” Stewart exclaimed.
