Jimmy Kimmel really put the spotlight on the Craigslist’s Missed Connections page, a tool that allows people to post messages to get ahold of others they don’t have contact information for, Thursday night.
“Let’s say you run into someone, you meet someone, you’re looking at someone someplace, and for whatever reason, you didn’t exchange contact information with them,” he asked the audience. “With Missed Connections, you can write something and post it and hope that they will see it.”
“With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I thought we could maybe help give the Missed Connections page a boost,” he added.
Complimented by some mood music, the funny man and “Community’s” Alison Brie gave voice and drama to some of the most interesting posts on the site, like “Girl in Lion King sweater eating Papa John’s” and “Eagle River glory hole couple.”
