Democrats’ healthcare reform law – the signature domestic achievement of President Obama’s first term in office – is Exhibit 1 that his policies are sinking the economy, Republicans charged in their weekly address.
“The president’s policies are standing in the way of a stronger economy,” said Rep. Erik Paulsen (R-Minn.) on Saturday. “His health care law well may be the worst offender, driving up costs and making it harder for small businesses to hire workers. It’s making things worse in our economy, and it needs to be fully repealed.”
