This teen thinks Beyonce is one “beautiful liar.”
According to a video posted by his mother on YouTube, 17-year-old aspiring actor and dancer Cody Lanphere was very upset that Beyonce didn’t show up to comfort him after he underwent surgery to remove his wisdom teeth.
Clearly under the influence of painkillers after the surgery, Cody wails in the video on his car ride home, “Where is Beyonce?”
When his mom informs him that “Beyonce couldn’t make it,” the teenager grows more upset.
“She told me she’d be here,” Cody says. “She lied to me!”
“Do you want to call her when we get home?” his mom asks.
“Yes,” he exclaims. “She lied to me, mom!”
The young man’s mother, Christine Livingston, posted the clip to YouTube on September 29 and it has since accumulated well over half a million views.
Fans of another post-dental surgery video, “David After Dentist,” will likely find Cody’s clip particularly amusing.
