While this isn’t technically a ‘funeral selfie,’ it nevertheless made the Selfies at Funerals Tumblr page with the headline, “OBAMA HAS TAKEN A FUNERAL SELFIE, SO OUR WORK HERE IS DONE.” This takes its place among “DEWEY DEFEATS TRUMAN” in the category of ‘most standout all-caps headlines in the history of the American presidency.’

That wasn’t the only image of the president making waves at the Mandela service Tuesday. Obama also shook hands with Cuban leader Raul Castro:
