Like mother, like daughter: Chelsea Clinton deemed ‘difficult’ to work with at foundation

Chelsea Clinton is contributing to an exodus of sorts at the Clinton Foundation, according to a report in the New York Post.

Since assuming the position of vice chairman in 2011, many individuals have fled from the charity, allegedly because Bill and Hillary’s daughter is a “difficult” individual with whom to work.

“A lot of people left because she was there,” a source close to the foundation told the Post. “A lot of people left because she didn’t want them there. She is very difficult.”

Among those that have exited the company are Matt McKenna, formerly Chelsea’s spokesman, who now works for Uber and Ginny Ehrlich, a founder of the Clinton Health Matters Initiative, who now works for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Chelsea’s issues seem to stem from her greed for the corporate lifestyle. Of her personal staffers, the source said, “[Bill Clinton] has six. She has five.”

That’s five members of a staff for one person.

And, the reports of Chelsea’s “difficult” behavior at the Clinton Foundation appear to be consistent with those from her former colleagues.

According to an NBC News source, Chelsea was quite particular when she served as a special correspondent for the network, earning $600,000 annually during the less than three years she worked there.

“If someone wanted to talk to Chelsea about something, they had to go through a producer,” explained the insider.
