Previously unreleased footage about the abortion industry now online

Since July, shocking undercover videos from the Center for Medical Progress have been released about the abortion industry. Many of the videos focus on Planned Parenthood and allege that the abortion provider is illegally profiting from the sale of fetal tissue. But that’s not what all the videos have been about.

Eleven of the videos, which in total amount to four hours, show a National Abortion Federation (NAF) conference which took place in San Francisco, Calif. in April 2014. And the public had been unable to see them, until just a few days ago.

GotNews.com obtained and released all the videos onto YouTube. A playlist has been created for easier watching.

The Center for Medical Progress had been forbidden by a court order to release the videos, as the NAF filed a temporary restraining order and injunction, in the name of safety and security for abortionists.

The videos were previously not even able to be viewed by Congress for their investigations of Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry. The federal judge, William Orrick, complied when Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) issued a subpoena. The videos were still not released to the public at the time, however.

On their website, GotNews.com founder Charles C. Johnson writes that they received a demand from the NAF’s lawyers to take down the videos. Johnson calls the demand “unconstitutional.” He also mentions:

We will continue writing about them as our attorneys inform us that GotNews.com is not subject to any temporary restraining order concerning David Daleiden. The law firm wants GotNews.com to turn over all texts, emails with Daleiden. This is easy. There aren’t any.

The videos are still up on YouTube.
